Meet Our Team

Megan is our dynamic leader, having attended Educators of Beauty in Rockford, IL. She founded Reflections in 2004, initially operating from her home before expanding and relocating to downtown Winnebago in 2007. With a deep passion for her work and clients, Megan truly loves what she does! She resides locally with her family, including her oldest daughter and twins, who keep her entertained when she's not at the salon, along with Rizzo, the family dog!

Cari studied at Educators of Beauty in Rockford, IL. It’s safe to say she has followed in her sister Megan's footsteps! Cari officially joined Megan on the shop floor in 2007, and they have been working together ever since. She resides locally with her family and is a proud #boymom. Her three boys keep her on her toes with numerous trips to fields and courts for their games.

Lisa studied at the Regency Beauty Institute in Rockford, IL. Prior to her career as a stylist, she worked as a realtor and continued to sell homes for several years after joining the Reflections team. Recently, with her three children now adults, Lisa has had more time to pursue her personal interests. She loves traveling and particularly anticipates her trips to the beach.

Mady is a graduate of Educators of Beauty in Rockford, IL. Fun fact: she was a customer before earning her cosmetology license! While attending school, she had the opportunity to shadow and train alongside our talented stylists. Mady has a particular passion for updo styling, coloring, and hair extensions. Additionally, she is certified with JZ Styles.

Amy graduated from First Class Cosmetology in Beloit, WI. With a long-standing passion for nails, she shifted from a career in healthcare to follow her dreams as a nail technician. Since making that leap, she has never looked back, confident that she made the right decision—she adores nails, vibrant colors, and, of course, GLITTER! Amy resides in the area with her family and treasures every moment spent with them.

Emily studied at the Highland School of Cosmetology in Freeport, IL. She was born and raised in Winnebago, IL, and is thrilled to provide her services to the community. Emily introduces two exciting nail services to the salon: Gel-X Manicures and Builder Gel Manicures. Although she enjoys offering a variety of services, her passion lies in nail art! When she's not at the salon, you might find her strolling along trails or walking paths, with an Alani in hand.

Sherri graduated from First Class Cosmetology in Beloit, WI. While she enjoys her time at the salon, she isn't here every day. Sherri holds a full-time job elsewhere and isn’t ready to put away her nail files just yet, so she provides her services on a limited schedule.

Tricia completed her studies in esthetics at First Class Cosmetology in Beloit, WI, and furthered her education in massage therapy at Bodycraft Wellness & Massage Center in Rockford, IL. Prior to her career in esthetics, she dedicated over twenty years to working as a daycare provider. After acquiring experience in skincare, Tricia decided to broaden her skill set by incorporating massage therapy into her qualifications. While she enjoys providing services such as hot stone and bamboo massage, her true passion lies in esthetics. A few fun facts about Tricia: she is the ultimate Vince Gill fan and a lifelong Disney enthusiast!
