Meet Our Team

Megan is our bosslady. She attended Educators of Beauty in Rockford IL. She established Reflections in 2004 and worked out of her home until expanding the business in 2007, and moving it to downtown Winnebago. Megan is passionate about her work and clients! She lives locally with her family; her oldest daughter and twins keep her entertained when she's not at the salon, oh, and Rizzo too (the dog)!

Cari attended Educators of Beauty in Rockford IL. You might say she has taken after her sister, Megan! Cari officially joined Megan on the shop floor in 2007 and they've worked together ever since!

Cari lives locally with her family and is a #boymom. Her 3 little guys keep her plenty busy!

Lisa attended Regency Beauty Institute in Rockford IL. Before becoming a stylist, Lisa was a realtor and continued selling homes for several years after joining the Reflections team. Most recently, she's had more time for personal interests, since her three kids have gotten older. Lisa enjoys traveling and especially looks forward to her trips to the beach. 

Amy attended First Class Cosmetology in Beloit, WI. She has always had a passion for doing nails and switched from working in healthcare, to pursing her career as a nail technician. She never looked back and knows she made the right choice - she loves nails, bright colors, and of course, GLITTER!

Sherri attended First Class Cosmetology in Beloit, WI. Sherri loves her time at the salon, but you won't see her here daily. Sherri works another job, full time. She wasn't ready to "retire" her nail files yet, so she offers her services on a limited schedule.

Tricia attended First Class Cosmetology in Beloit, WI for esthetics and Bodycraft Wellness & Massage Center in Rockford, IL for massage. Tricia was a daycare provider for over twenty years before making the switch to esthetics. After a couple of years working in skincare she decided to add massage therapy to her qualifications. She's our exclusive spa lady!
